Welcome to GrazeTrace. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Service
GrazeTrace provides a mobile and web platform for logging sheep grazing activities on solar farms, generating audit-ready compliance reports, and verifying records via immutable audit trails.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the solar farm or grazing operation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Pricing is per solar site per year, as described on our Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Data Ownership & Immutability
You own your grazing data. However, once a record is synced, it becomes part of an immutable audit trail to ensure compliance integrity. Deletion requests may be limited by regulatory requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of audit logs
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
6. Limitation of Liability
GrazeTrace is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that reports will satisfy specific regulatory requirements – you remain responsible for compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days (except immutable logs that remain archived).
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming - USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
